Revolution is a concoction of 7 key ingredients and technical solvents, most of which originate from Germany. Bilt Hamber Auto Wheel Alloy Wheel Cleaner 1 Litre Spray Bottle/5 Litre Jerry Can
A non-acid, non-alkaline wheel cleaner that quickly and in over 90% of cases touch less reactive wheel cleaner.

In most cases steel and alloy wheels are either lacquered or painted these coatings protect the metallic surface from corrosion and provide attractive finishes to automotive road wheels.

As vehicles brake the dust generated from pads discs and drums is at elevated temperatures, amongst this hot cloud are thousands of particles of hot metallic particles, these bombard the wheel finishes and effectively embed themselves in the finish.

Once lodged they are extremely difficult to remove, acid based wheel cleaners attack these metal particles and effectively attack the particle reducing its size allowing the particle and dirt clinging to it to escape, caustic wheel cleaners are less effective than acid ones on brake dust but can attack organic coatings such as lacquers and paints on short exposure they attack any organic matter accumulated around the embedded particle and produce a seemingly clean surface, however with continued use they will dull and diminish the coating, leaving a wheel surface that needs refinishing.

Safer and more effective auto-wheel works in an entirely different way, and has proven itself by winning independent tests conducted by the UK’s biggest selling automotive magazine even against powerful acid and alkaline cleaners. See the test here!

Auto-wheel’s pH neutral formulations reacts with the oxidising surface of the metallic particle rendering it water soluble, the rapid removal of this microscopically rusted surface reduces the embedded particle size and releases it from the surface, unlike acids this method is harmless to the wheel’s finish and in fact so fast it cleans more effectively – the reaction is seen by a rapid colour change from clear to deep red, after which a simply hose or rinse leaves the wheel spotless. In severe cases a brush can be used to assist the process.

Multi Purpose Cleaner/Degreaser
With increasing restrictions on the use of solvent-containing degreasers and cleaners safer, water-based materials have been developed. However it has been difficult to match the performance of the solvent-containing systems and increasing environmental restrictions on the ranges of acceptable water-based actives have further tested the formulators’ ability. Bilt-Hamber surfex HD provides performance levels that match and even exceed solvent systems while meeting the latest standards of biodegradability. surfex HD attacks all oil and grease based soiling, but unlike solvent based cleaners will additionally and effortlessly clean organic, or water deposited grime. Surfex HD can be adjusted in strength to suit the level of soil, remaining active at add levels of just 1 part to 200 in water for light work, or used neat for extreme duty. Surfex HD is recommended for all arduous automotive, commercial and domestic cleaning duties. Can be used on paint, alloy wheels, tyres, fabric, carpets and most surfaces. Spot tests are always advisable. Surfex HD can be sprayed, brushed or applied using pressure washer equipment.

A Comparison
Surfex HD contains zero VOC’s, is biodegradable, non-toxic and pleasant to use, yet it’s ability to remove grease and oil based contamination exceeds many well-know solvent based degreasers. Using water-based degreasers allows the adjustment of strength to suit the job, Surfex HD can be added to water at just 0.5% to form an effective cleaner for light application and increased in strength to neat if required for heavy industrial applications.

The Ø15 mm orbit and the RUPES Ø125 mm backing pad make the random orbital polisher particularly suitable for curved surfaces. The 15mm orbit of the LHR 15ES, shorter than that of its big brother the LHR 21ES, is coupled with a higher rpm level than that of the LHR 21ES. This higher speed gives the LHR 15ES equivalent cutting power to the LHR 21ES, in spite of the smaller orbit. Its Ø130/150 mm BigFoot polishing foam pads, perfect balance and vibration-free operation make the LHR 15ES a real gem and a must for the tool kit of every detailer.

RANDOM ORBITAL: the backing plate follows an orbit (the amplitude of which depends on the distance between the rotation axis of the drive shaft and the central axis of the backing plate) and is free to rotate about its own central axis. The backing plate is free to rotate at varying velocities and directions by effect of the centrifugal force of the offset movement and by effect of friction. Should the friction forces be such as to prevent rotation of the disc while the tool is still operating, the random orbital movement would simply become an orbital movement. The number of disc rotations is variable and independent of the number of orbits performed. The random orbital movement is at present the best compromise in terms of effectiveness and surface treatment quality.

ANTISPINNING SHROUD

• Apply it neat to affected areas, leave it for a while to do its thing, then rinse off with your jet wash.
• It’s got more cleaning power than snow foam because there’s no aeration from the foam and it’s sprayed on at full strength using our effective litre spray bottle. Helping your citrus pre wash to be even across the car and not waste the citrus pre cleaner.
• Covering the whole car can waste product, so only spray it on the dirty areas (usually the lower half, and rear, of the car is enough).

Detailing Kingdom Next Cut 1.1 - 500ml/4 Litre
Detailing Kingdom Next Cut 1.1 has been designed from the ground up with the latest compound technology.  Next Cut 1.1 is a water based diminishing abrassive compound utilising a homogenous grain that has been specifically designed to be used on hard and soft clear coats.  It can eliminate deep scratches (P1500) and due to the diminishing abrassives, will also leave a high gloss finish.  To further enhance the finish we recommend following with Next Cut Finale.  
On softer paints where some users can experience 'stickiness' due to heat build up, we recommend spraying the pad with Detailing Kingdom Celebrate which will not only help to reduce the temperature but will also act as a lubricant.

Next Cut 1.1 has been designed to produce little to no dust and polish residue can be removed with absolute ease.  It really is quite a unique compound.

For an exhnaced finish as a one step compound on minor defects, Next Cut 1.1 can be combined with FDT or FDC.  For this, users would add 4 pea size drops of Next Cut 1.1 and 2-3 of FDT or FDC and polish as usual.  The finish will be extremely glossy and protected.

Detailing Kingdom Next Cut Finale - 500ml/4 Litre
Detailing Kingdom Next Cut Finale is a water based diminishing abrassive anti-hologram polish.  Next Cut Finale can be used to further exhance the finish after polishing with Next Cut 1.1 or Next Cut 3.3.  Next Cut Finale can also be used to remove light defects such as 5000 grit sanding marks, fine microscratches, and swirl marks. 

Next Cut Finale has been designed to produce little to no dust and polish residue can be removed with absolute ease.
